** Minimum order and Rush Order fees and availability may change depending on the season. Academic Apparel functions on two seasons: graduation season, which runs from about March through June, and non-graduation season, which runs from July to February. If there is a more expensive option, it will be during the graduation season.
We accept many forms of payment, including credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, Discover, eCheck, JCB, MasterCard, Visa), and U.S. based personal or business checks (either in the mail or through an online eCheck, easily processed through our site).
Please note that when paying with a check online (using our eCheck system), it's just like using a regular check. Which means the banks take 10 days before they will clear the check. That means we cannot ship an order paid with a check until the 11th day after we received the order (so that we can verify the check cleared). This 10 day hold applies even to orders where you pay the rush fee. If you need an order very quickly, it's best to pay with a credit card.
