UPS Shipping
Our orders are shipped by UPS, insured, unless you provide us with an account on another common carrier (such as FedEx).
Normal UPS ground shipping takes about 5 business days for US destinations, though it can take longer for rural routes, and inclement weather. International shipping vary widely depending on your specific location.
You can usually pay for faster shipping, such as 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. International shipping can be by UPS Worldwide Express or UPS Worldwide Expedited.
Choir robes typically ship in boxes with a shape of 20" by 20" by 11". We also have 20" by 20" by 8" boxes for smaller choir orders or larger judicial orders. Finally, single Judicial Gown orders are usually shipped in flat boxes that measure 20" by 20" by 2" (similar to a pizza box size).
Production Turn Around Times
With the exception of certain quick ship (AKA qwick ship) items, almost all choir robes and judge gowns are made to order, here in the United States at our factory. They do not come off the shelf, and can not be shipped right away.
Production turn-around times
are usually around 5-9 weeks for choir robes, and 8-9 weeks for judicial gowns. This time is measured starting from the business day we receive your order and have all information necessary to make your order (including style, fabric type, fabric color, quantity, and all sizing information).
Sometimes we do not have the fabric in stock to make your order, which can extend the time frame. We will try to let you know this when you place your order.
